Xarkos is the captain of a garrison on the coast of Blackwater Gulf, within the Principality of Redwyn. His steed is a massive black falcon named Exkalia, with whom he has formed a deep bond. He leads a disciplined regiment of elite black-clad Sylvan knights named the Knights of Blackwater. His command style is one of strict adherance to doctrine that resembles that of the Dwarrow. He has never lost a battle against the Tribes.

Despite having first-class soldiers, his superiors maintain him as a defensive bulwark and quick response force against any Dwarrow or tribal incursions.

Abilities and Equipment

Xarkos's only weapon is a winged lance. They wear a set of custom fit black lamellar armor.

Xarkos is a veteran falcon rider, well skilled at complex aerial maneuvers and fighting astride their mount. They also have a commanding presence and remain rational in combat, commanding their troops with level-headedness
